Shipping & Returns
How do I track my order?
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped you will receive another email that will provide you with a tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
As we are an online only boutique, we can only ship to you. We will not be able to meet you somewhere to give you your order, even if you are located within South Carolina.
How do I return an item?
To return an item/order, you have to log-in to your account. You then click return item(s), and there will be step-by-step instructions on how you can make your return.
NOTE:
- We DO NOT provide a return label, so when making returns, you are responsible for the payment.
- We refund you the amount of the item; shipping is NOT included in the refund.
Do you provide International delivery?
As of now, we are focusing on expanding within the United States, but we hope to provide international delivery in the future.
What is your return policy?
- Items can ONLY be returned via mail. As we are an online boutique, we will not be accepting in-person returns.
- Customers can return any unused items within 25 days of their order arriving.
- Returns are ONLY accepted if they are unused, unworn, with the tags still attached.
- Exchanges are NOT accepted. If you want another item, we suggest placing another order, after you receive your refund.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE; returns are not accepted.
- Returns MUST include original gift receipt included in their order when they received it.
- If you believe that you received an item that was defective, incorrect, or you are missing an item from your order, contact customer support at shopblueleopardboutique@gmail.com
- PLEASE review your cart carefully before placing an order. Cancellations are not permitted.
